1. Scope of Services

The Suite Stories provides travel planning services including trip design, hotel bookings, cruise arrangements, itinerary creation, digital travel guides and travel consulting.
The Suite Stories acts as an independent travel advisor. I do not own, operate or control the hotels, resorts, cruise lines, airlines or travel suppliers involved in your trip.

All travel components are purchased and billed directly through each hotel, resort, cruise line, airline or partner.

2. Planning Fees

All planning fees, service fees and add ons are paid to The Suite Stories and are non refundable. These fees cover professional time, research and administrative support.
Planning fees do not apply to or reduce the cost of your trip.

3. Digital Guides

Digital travel guides sold on this website are final sale. Travel Guides are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared or resold.

4. Supplier Terms

Each supplier has its own rules regarding payments, changes, cancellations, minimum stays, documentation requirements and service conditions.
By booking travel, you agree to comply with the terms set by each supplier.

The Suite Stories cannot modify or override supplier policies.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:
• Providing accurate traveler information
• Reviewing confirmations when received
• Meeting all payment deadlines
• Ensuring passports, visas and entry requirements are valid
• Purchasing travel insurance
• Understanding that travel involves inherent risks

Failure to provide accurate or timely information may result in additional fees or changes to your itinerary.

6. Changes and Cancellations

All changes or cancellations to your reservations are subject to supplier policies. Fees may apply.
The Suite Stories does not issue refunds for planning fees once work has begun.

Additional planning fees may apply if significant itinerary changes are requested after the planning process is underway.

7. Travel Documents and Requirements

Clients are responsible for confirming that all travelers have valid passports, visas, vaccination records or other required documentation. Requirements may vary by destination and may change at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Suite Stories is not liable for:
• Acts or omissions of any hotel, resort, airline, cruise line, tour operator or travel supplier
• Schedule changes, delays, strikes or cancellations
• Natural events, weather conditions or emergencies
• Illness, injury, property damage or theft occurring during travel
• Lost travel opportunities due to client delays or missing information

All travel is undertaken at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including itineraries, guides, digital files, designs and written materials, is the intellectual property of The Suite Stories.
Materials may not be copied, shared, reproduced or resold without written permission.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is used only for travel planning and communication.
Information is shared only with necessary suppliers to complete your reservations.
