  • Full-Service Planning includes itinerary design, hotel and resort recommendations, curated experiences, restaurant suggestions, coordination of logistics and ongoing support. Your planning fee covers my time, expertise and access to trusted partners.

  • Your planning fee secures my professional services, research, itinerary design and support throughout the planning process. Travel components such as hotels, cruises and tours are billed directly through each partner.

  • Item dYes. When you book a partner property through me, you receive preferred benefits such as daily breakfast, upgrades when available, resort credits and priority recognition. Perks vary by property and are always subject to availability.escription

  • Yes. Flight search and booking support is available as an add-on. This service includes guidance on best routes, fare types and schedule options.

  • Yes. Hotel-Only bookings include VIP perks at partner properties (when available). There is no planning fee for this service as long as you know the hotel you want.

  • I do not book Airbnbs directly. Instead, I work with reputable vacation rental partners whose homes offer verified quality, support and the elevated experience my clients expect.

  • For the best availability, reach out three to six months before your trip. Holidays, peak seasons and group travel often require more time.

  • Yes. Group Travel Planning is available for multi household groups, celebrations and family travel. Pricing is based on the number of households.

  • I specialize in four and five star properties, luxury cruise lines and curated experiences. I can advise you clearly on what your budget will realistically cover.

  • I review your details, reach out with next steps and begin shaping your itinerary. You will receive updates, recommendations and confirmations throughout the process.

  • Two rounds of revisions are included with Full Service Planning. Additional revisions may require an add-on fee depending on the scope.

  • No. Planning fees are non-refundable because they cover the time and expertise invested in your trip from the moment planning begins.

  • It is strongly recommended. I offer Travel Insurance Guidance to help you choose the right coverage based on your trip value and needs.

  • All travel components are billed directly by the supplier. You will receive clear instructions and reminders for each payment deadline.

  • I remain available for support, and partner properties and providers also offer on-site assistance. You are never traveling alone.

  • Yes. I have access to premium sports and event travel options, including select ticket and hospitality packages, hotel and experience combinations and curated stays built around major games or events. This can include things like soccer matches, tournaments, race weekends and other high demand sports experiences.
