Planning Services
All planning fees, service fees and add-ons paid to The Suite Stories are non-refundable. These fees cover professional time, research and itinerary development, which begin as soon as your intake form is received.
If you choose to cancel your trip after planning has begun, planning fees remain non-refundable.
Significant itinerary changes requested after the planning process has begun may require additional service fees.
Digital Guides and Downloadable Products
All digital guides and downloadable products sold on this website are final sale.
Because these items are delivered instantly, no refunds, credits or exchanges are offered.
Supplier Cancellations and Refunds
Hotels, resorts, cruise lines, airlines and tour companies each have their own cancellation and refund policies.
By booking travel, you agree to comply with the terms established by each supplier.
Refunds for travel components are not issued by The Suite Stories. Refunds, if permitted, must be processed directly through the supplier, and supplier penalties may apply.
The Suite Stories cannot override or modify supplier cancellation policies.
Client Cancellations
If you cancel your trip, you are responsible for any cancellation fees imposed by the suppliers involved.
Supplier penalties may include partial refunds, full loss of payment or restricted date changes depending on the conditions you accepted at the time of booking.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.
Travel Insurance
If you purchased travel insurance, refund eligibility for trip costs depends on the coverage outlined in your policy.
Claims must be filed directly with the insurance provider.
The Suite Stories cannot approve, deny or influence insurance claim decisions.
Non-Performance by Suppliers
The Suite Stories is not responsible for cancellations, schedule changes, service interruptions or non-performance caused by suppliers, weather events, natural disasters, strikes or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Any refund or credit related to supplier non-performance is determined solely by the supplier.
